1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 This "Single Strike - Cube User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "We" or the "Developer") concerning the download, installation, and use of the game "Single Strike - Cube" (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") and related services.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or launching the Game for the first time through an app store (including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement and the attached Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you disagree with any content of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Game immediately. If platform policies or applicable laws and regulations require you to confirm an updated version before continued use, you must complete the corresponding confirmation process; otherwise, you may be unable to continue using the Game's services.
1.4 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. The revised version will take effect upon announcement within the Game or on the official website. You are advised to regularly check for updates.
1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Game services at any time based on operational needs, and may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend your access to and use of the Game at our sole discretion.
2. Service Access and Use
2.1 You are responsible for all network communication fees and related device costs incurred while accessing and using the services.
2.2 Use of the services indicates that you confirm you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must use the services under the supervision and with the consent of your legal guardian, who has read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
2.3 All risks associated with downloading, installing, and using the Game are your sole responsibility.
3. Account and Data Management
3.1 The Game is a casual game that does not require account registration to play.
3.2 Game data is primarily stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing the cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game progress. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for such losses.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS devices only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is provided and operated by Apple, and data management is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and policies.
4. Fees and Virtual Items
4.1 In-game virtual currency (e.g., coins, diamonds) can only be obtained through official in-game channels. Virtual currency or items acquired through unofficial, illegal, or improper means may be removed without notice.
4.2 Virtual currency and items are for use solely within the Game and may not be exchanged for real currency, physical goods, or transferred or traded in any way.
4.3 We reserve the right to adjust the types, pricing, or functionality of virtual currency and items with reasonable notice.
5. User Conduct Guidelines
5.1 All actions and any content generated while using the services must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to abide by public order, good customs, and relevant codes of conduct. In the event of any violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to restricting or suspending accounts.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to using unauthorized programs, exploiting game vulnerabilities, interfering with service operations, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 All intellectual property contained in the Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, interface layouts, etc.) belongs to the Developer. No entity or individual may reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Game in any way without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Game services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We assume no responsibility for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party service issues, or your improper use of the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed without affecting the continued validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to affiliates or acquirers without your consent. You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
